At OMB, we break from the norm and the one-size-fits-all approach. Fostering personalization and honoring individuality, we're your partner in a six-month wellness journey tailored just for you. Lasting change requires time, and our program spans a minimum of six months — the duration needed to forge new habits. Through personalized coaching, both in person in New York, and on our app, we empower you to embrace a balanced, healthier, and happier life.

Our strategies are grounded in science, connecting you with the three pillars of wellness: mind, movement, and nutrition. Guided by dedicated coaches, we delve into the root causes of your challenges and provide tools for control.

With a focus on bio-individuality, we celebrate your uniqueness. Our coaching is custom-made to fit your needs, centering on your well-being throughout this transformative journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Our name

Growing up, our founder, Meryem Kettani, learned early on that physical strength combined with healthy eating habits can lead to mental well-being. As an adult, her continued pursuit of a healthier, happier life led her to skateboarder and entrepreneur, Rodney Mullen — the inventor of skateboarding’s foundational trick, the flat-ground ollie — and to the realization that everything is interconnected. So, Ollie mind and body is a tip of the hat to Mr. Mullen and the fact that when you start with a solid foundation you can build anything and be anything you want to be.

Our founder

Ollie mind & body (OMB) was founded in 2021 by Meryem Kettani, a Moroccan-born, New York-based certified integrative health coach, fitness trainer, and creative operations director. Meryem's journey to Ollie is deeply rooted in her passion for helping others and making a positive impact on her community.

Having witnessed her mother's declining health, Meryem embarked on her own wellness transformation. It was a personal awakening, a realization that true balance and well-being start from within. This experience fueled her determination to not only improve her own life but to extend her knowledge and support to others, all while leading her family, especially her two kids, Sean and Kheira, by example.

Founding OMB is a profound victory for Meryem, a testament to her resilience in overcoming life's challenges and obstacles. She believes in the power of holistic wellness and is committed to guiding individuals on their own transformative journeys toward healthier, happier lives.

Natasha Cifarelli
Head Coach –Nutrition

Immersed from early childhood in the health and wellness space, an elite marathon runner and aerobics instructor always brought her to train and watch alongside, and note the importance of a healthy diet. When her parents separated when she was twelve, her diet significantly changed, as did her health. “In retrospect, the change in my energy and mental state was huge”. “In my early twenties, I slowly migrated back to what I knew and have been on a health journey ever since, for my husband, 3 boys and whoever I can inspire to feel and live better”
